To efficiently, effectively and accurately provide betting information and assistance to customers in a professional, friendly and appropriate manner. Maximising betting and customer satisfaction.
Skills required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong numeric skills, minimum Year 10 maths.
- Computer literate.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Able to deal effectively with difficult customers.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Team focused.
- Enthusiasm to take on new tasks.
- Honest and able to maintain confidentiality.
Licenses required
- Eligible for a Special Employees Gaming license.
Other requirements
- Must have a keen interest in all sports.
- Due to legal requirements must be 18 years old.
- Weekend and night work is required.
- Criminal hisory and credit checks.
