Job Management System
The AEC has developed an online system that allows employers to post vacancies and to indicate a forecast of positions that they anticipate becoming available over time. The system is simple and intuitive to use for any AEC employer. Access to this system and the ability to post jobs is free but is however only available to AEC employer members.
The AEC has over 3,000 subscribers to the jobs being posted on the Jobs board. Whenever an AEC employer posts a job, it is emailed out to the relevant employment service providers in that region. This gives AEC employers a far wider reach in promoting their employment opportunities.
