AEC Partners

The employers and the Indigenous job seekers are the primary partners of the AEC in the rollout of the jobs. However, there are a number of service providers who may assist the process of engaging the right job-ready, job seeker with the right job opportunity. These partners include:

• Employment service providers that are active in Indigenous employment
• Cross cultural awareness trainers
• Indigenous community organisations that focus on employment
• Indigenous labour hire or recruitment companies
• Other recruitment companies that specialise in Indigenous employment
• GTOs and RTOs that are active in Indigenous employment and the industry they specialise in
• Active Indigenous Employment Program panel members
• Consultants that specialise in Indigenous employment strategies, mentoring, pre-employment training and post placement support
• The Department of Employment, Education and Workplace Relations
• State Governments
• Local employment coordinators
